GM380 - Wheres the sound!!

Hi guys,

My first post on this forum and I hope someone will be able to help.

Tbh I think I'm asking a silly question! My 380 doesn't appear to have an internal speaker. So can I make the sound come out of the Mic like a GP380. Or do I defiantly need to get an external speaker?

I had a proper gp380 speaker on order but its taken over 3 weeks to arrive so I've cancelled it.

So could I use a normal speaker then and solder the cable onto pins 1 & 16? Will that work?

Also, is the pin order starting top left I.e. top left = pin number 1??

I copied this from another post on this forum

17) BUS + (used for CFPS and Flash)

and position of pins goes: upper pins from left to right: 20,2 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18
                                   bottom  pins from left to right : 19,1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17
