many's a time we have pulled the PA block and taken the drive straight through to the Ae cctry. that will give you low power......... but maybe a bit too low....... :-(

As far as I know, a GP series handportable will not be stable under half a watt.

Saying that, you could always drop the power to 100mW in the global tuner and see what it does.
