need help to programm non-motorola radio to send PTT ID

Hi All,

We are using a GM 338 Motorola transceiver but all our radios are non-motorola. We want to identify all callers and that the GM displays the PTT ID of the callers on the screen but unfortunately we don't know how to do that. So we are desperately in need of support so if anyone can help he's welcome !
