Hi there,

I'm new to radio, please bear with me.
I'd like to know can my MT6000e be programmed to the PMR446 frequencies so it can work with everyone else on the paintball field? They are within it's range. If so, whats required? I know there's software for programming these handsets, where can it be got?

Thanks.

Not legally, no.

446 is type approved for certain radios only. there are several specs - not having a detachable aerial, 400mw power output, etc etc.
