Hi all,
yesterday I've get a repeater GR 500 whit two CM140 station ,I've worked whit GR500/300 but whit GM300,or GM3xx,the problem is when I try to read CM140 but error message is popup error 513,I used same programming cable GM3xx ( they are the same), program ver. is R02.04,I think maybe the program is to old (codeplug mismatch) ,but when I try to read radio information using EU labtool,or Us labtool the message is no respond form radio like the radio is not turn on. What is going on.Pls help,it is very emergence.Tx

Hi,
First idea, have a look inside radio, sometimes, dealers cut off tracks or pins....to disable re-programming

The latest Commersial CPS vertion is R05.07.
Whith motorola ribless cable RKN4081 or selfmade 2 wire (sci/gnd) cable
you have to use CPS/Flash adaptor FKN8096.
The old good GTF374(see batlabs) with RIB makes you happy.

From Batlabs:
You can do the upgrade with a normal cable.
Start the upgradetool and run it to the point where you must set the flashadapter switch on.disconnet it and turn the radio off.make a bridge in the microphone jack (the both last springs in the upper right) and turn the radio on.Connect the programming cable and push "OK" in the upgradetool.

HI all,
thanks for all your help,I understand everything what you said,but the problem is same,whit my cable I can read/wright all my GM3xx,but can't GM140 , every time when I try to read error 512, unable to read radio,I try to change region but no responds from radio etc. Maybe,ver.of program is problem. Sergio could you put latest ver. R05.07 in member upload area,of course if you have it,or any version better then my R02.04.If that will not help then I must disassembly repeater and do what radiobup told me to do. Anyway tx. for everything.

Hi all
definitely the problem is my old software R02.04,I disassembled repeater pull down both CM 140 and then try to read using accessory connector,popup window said can't read codeplug mismatch. Finally, I manage to read radio info. (codeplug ver. 05.03 and software ver R.03.02.00).Does anyone have newer software ver. then I have.Pls put in member upload area. Txxxxx

Sorry, but i don't want do it for a lot of reasons: CPS is too big for my traffic (15 Mb) and I always have a problems with Upload Area.
You can find CPS at many places on other forums for free or free registration.
