problem flashing GM360

Hi gays,

the topic have same name because the problem is same,but i have some new facts,gay who give me GM360 told me that, before, he is try to flash the radio by his on ,and first he is jamped pin 7 and pin 18 acc.conn. during the power up,to go in bootstrap mode.Maybe that's the problem,what do you think?Dave could you ask motomender for some assistants. Tx
