problem flashing GM360

HI all

I try to upgrade my Gm360,connect on acc.connector  25pin female(pin 1 to pin7 acc.connector,pin25 to pin 18,pin15 to pin17 acc.connector,pin11 andpin 4 of 25 pin connector are jump) When i try to upgrade download of bootcodes pass just fine,but when it came for erasing Flash ROM popup window said ERROR no responds form radio,erase Flash ROM failed .After that I can't even turn radio on,nothing is happening. But if I try to flash radio again I'm able to do same procedure downloading bootcode OK,but  again error on erasing FlashROM and thats it all.Try to program archive codeplug ,couldn't open comport to verify codeplug,or in tuner can't read softspots because no response from radio,GM360 is behaving like is dead for ever.What should I do.Please help me,it is very urgent.TXX

did you ever tray to do that true RJ45 connector with rebox?

Hi ninja,yeh I tryed that to,but whit programming cable bilt from batlabs,,when I try to upgrade error message is popup radio is not in bootstrap mode. i understand that problem is my cable because make radio to go in bootstrap mode throe mic.connector pin 6 must go in FLT A+, regularly pin 6 is PTT IRDEC and is used to key up the radio's transmitter,and FLT A+ is on pin 1,hi is not on schematic tahat I have from batlabs (no wire on pin 1). I think that is a problem ,do you have different cable,and look on the page 2-7 of Controlhead Service information pdf file who I uploaded on this site.

i made the cable same,and i tok scematic's from ham.dmz.ro site,and works ok.
