 Hi all,

I have a problem whit flashing GM360.When I try to upgrade the radio ,use Waris_Lab_upgradetool R02.05.01,
follow all instruction,  switch flash adapter to on position, connect power supply, the popup message is radio is not in bootstrap mode .When I leave radio on,and the flash adapter HLN9742, switch to on position red led diode is turning on all time, remove power supply, back power supply ,the red diode is not lighting ,if I try to upgrade the same message is on. I check all cable and connectors they looks ok.Could you tell me what do I do wrong.Maybe problem is the programming cable,on batlabs schematic is for 8-pins RJ45 connector, mic. connector on GM3xx is 10-pins,and some wire missed?

Hi,

You can't upgrade radio using RJ45 front display connector.
You have to use accessory connector to put radio into boostrap mode.

Bye

You can upgrade radio using RJ45 front display connector.
You have to use accessory jumper between pin18 and pin 7 to put radio into boostrap mode.

Hi Sergio,

I try that to,but no luck same thinks is showing, downloading bootcodes wet just fine, but when it came to erasing Flash ROM popup message is no responds from radio, then erasing Flash ROM failed. That is it.Radio behave like is dead,no power tones,no display. Some gays said to me, maybe the problem is hardware FlashROM,and suggest to change Flash ROM.I'm not so sure, what do you think?
