file -> import and i think the options are screensaver, not sure about the shutdown icon - must be a GIF image and a small one aswell. This is using the MR5.8 CPS

You cannot change the wallpaper at all just the screensaver image! You can either have wallpaper ON or OFF but the image cannot be changed sorry
