GP344 programming cable

Hi all,

I did not now ,till now, that the programming cable for GP3x0 is not same for programming GP344,or GP388.It's look like same but it isn't.Does anyone have schematic for GP344 or the problem is only in smaller connector on radio side.Official number for the cable is 4123A,but I can't find it nowhere.Tx
