Hello,

From two days I'm working on my two new GM1280. I need flash this radios to GM380. I try three different versions of Unofficial EU Waris Lab Upgrade Kit (last R02.05.01). Still thy same problem. "FL0 Download failed" on beginning of firmware flashing. I was trying different COM port settings, I switch off Antivirus software and all other applications. I try the same on different commuter. Still "FL0 Download failed". When I'm trying get "Radio info..." in 70% checks, I've got "Unexpected response from radio." but I can see "Radio Info" table. In other cases "Radio info..." works fine. It's like lottery. Looks like their is something bad with communication. But on two computers and two radios? Seems to be impossible. What strange, in other software like "MPT_P_R02_00_20 FlashGrade Tool", function "Radio info..." works fine. But flashing still not. It makes one steep more. Downlad Boot code properly, but uploading fail... So one of my radios is temporally dead ("EEPROM Cksum Radio Failure"). When I'm trying to flash this radio still "FL0 Download failed".

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

I already check all baud rates. Problem was in my both computers. On third machine it runs smoothly, even on 38400 bps. Now I know what mean "FL0 Download failed".
