This is a complete single kit to recase the GP340 Radio.

The kit contains:
One outer case with inner metal sleeve, top panels with orange button, side panel and buttonsl. Felt speaker baffle. Two top knobs, Side connector sticky pad. Metal speaker clip, Side accessory cover, Front top Motorola label, and front GP340 label.

Hi Dave. If you one day got to new bodys for a cp140. I'am the buyer.
They work fine, but look ugly with all that tape around.
