GM380 programming problems

Hi,

i need any help to programm my GM380:
 
My situation here:

Dell PC D505 with wp XP Pro SP3
Com 1: speed 9600 8N1
Motorola SW Orginal R03.08.00  or older

Cable: 2 diferent RIBLess Cable

Radio: GM380, SW03.05.00.  CP R4.13     Modell MDM25KHN9AN8AE    TANAPA:  IMUD6024A

It here someone not compatible? 

it is not possible to connect the radio!

Hi, can you try Version R03.07.04?

don't try and write any data to the radio, just test to see if you can read it.

what cable are you using? USB or Serial?

Hi,

it's the same problem with R03.07.04

the cable are serial, one is a 5 in 1 cable and works with GP380 ( Pin 2, 4, 5, 6 )

the different what i can see is, that the power led on the cable is off

Must the radio in an special mode?
