What files were not found? The 4.99 is for training videos - do not expect any software!

Hi Rob

I have a bit of a confusing thing going on with my radio's
I have a program that can read the GP340's i have so i know model number, serial number, code plug version, firmware etc called ComTool
this program reads my radio's no problem at all

however when i go onto my Professional GP300/GM300 series CPS program annoyingly when i try to read the radio's i get the following message "Can not create Unknown Component"

I have wrote up my CPS file i wish to put onto my radio however but when it comes to writing the file to the radio i get the same error message "Can not create unknown component"

I do believe this is due to my software though (R03.08.03 (30 September 2007))
Can you tell me what the current software version is please and how i may go on obtaining a copy of it from somewhere.

Kind regards
Chris

Think its 32 bit win 7 only - I never managed to get mine working on a 64 bit win 7.

Click 'contact admin team' will get a quicker response for purchasing software.

Sounds like your radio codeplugs are too new for your CPS. As George says, best thing to do is purchase the latest CPS which from memory is R03.11.15. I could be wrong, but I beleive that is still the newest.

Also, I believe Windows 7 64 bit is NOT compatable with the CPS. I use an old Windows XP laptop to do all of my programming. Infact the only thing that's on there is programming related software!
