GP680 to GP380

Hi all!
I'm search manual about flash GP680 to GP380.
I have  hardware (Flash Rib).

Please write me step by step how to flash radio.


Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Poland.

This is something that i have not personally done before, maybe someone else who has could write a quick step by step how-to guide?

1. Run Global Tuner, read radio, save to file,
2. Run EU Waris Lab Upgrade Kit,
3. Open codeplug,
4. Open firmware,
5. Write codeplug to radio (after this radio have CODEPLUG ERR - it's normal),
6. Write firmware (flash radio),
7. Set new Region ID,
8. Run Waris Depot, write serial number (from label),
9. Run Global Tuner, open file, write to radio,
10. Restart radio and program with CPS.
11. DONE!!!

I have a GP680 that I would like to convert to a GP380

I have backed up the tuning data, have Lab Upgrade Tool EN and a flash adapter.

The radio is model H25RDH9CK6
PMUE1437C

Have seen and understood the above guide but have a few questions.

1) Which firmware & codeplug should I select?

2) After upgrade will the radio be readable by the normal GP380 Professional GP300 series CPS, or will there be a Model no not supported error? Can the model number be changed?
