Hi Guys, DP 3600 newbie here. I took your advice on the forum and the lead and software from Moto arrived today. Loaded it all up OK, plugged in the 3600 and it read it OK. I have used the CPS software to add groups etc and uploaded them back to the device fine.
I opened the Tuner and read all the settings on the device OK. I then wanted to alter the existing frequencies to match my OFCOM license but while reading the help file it appears I need anther piece of kit to do this, an ocillator. Is that true as I thought this software was all I needed ??
Any help would be much appreciated

WOAH THERE - STOP.
DO NOT use the tuner program !.
If you are only wanting to change freqs - use the cps, NOT the tuner. Using the tuner program will result in you turning your radio into a brick if you dont know what you are doing.
Edited to add: Posted this as soon as I saw it, dont want you ruining your nice new toys !. I will give you a better reply when Im not on my phone, Give me a couple of hours to get back to base.

Its in the cps, go down the tree on the left side, and choose a channel in one of the zones. select it, then scroll down on the right hand window - you will only be able to see the tx rx fields when you scroll down.

On your license it should state your frequency(s). If its simplex it will be one frequency which is the TX and RX, if it is duplex (going through a repeater) then there will be a frequency for TX and another for RX.
Just fill in the frequency boxes with those frequencies!

what type of licence did you go for - as that gives you different options.
If you post your licence number, it will give us a clue as to what you can have etc.

Cool - I've put simple licence freqs on here in another thread, although they are listed on ofcoms website as well.
Nice to see you've got them working - there's load of features, have a play !
