I have a gp380 with USB cable.  I recently bought a new computer running win7 32 bit. When I plug the cable in I get an error code stating the device cannot start.  Also when I open up the CPS I get a code that says, "Cannot create unknown radio component".  I'm stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheesy

Now the CPS is giving me an error that it cannot find ports on the computer. Check port assignments and the cable is at COM3 where it has always been!

Hi. I have the same problem with Waris software on Win 7. I suspect the Moto software for these radios is not Win 7 compatible. Try XP

Well I'm afraid I'm getting the same error on my WinXP Professional PC as well.
