Hi Dennis,

You will need to purchase the CPS. From memory the GP338 plus is a none EMEA radio. Speak to Rob-Admin and see if he is able to supply you with a copy of the CPS you require.

Out of interest was this radio purchased off of eBay from Hong Kong?

you will have to check with Rob, but it used to be motorola policy that they wouldnt supply dealers outside the region (IE EMEA) with software for other 'zones' radios.

Your radio is meant to be used only in the asia area. You might find yourself having to buy a plane ticket to get the software.

You can extend your subscription to others zones if you require it.

If you dealer is EMEA only, buy directly to Motorola and ask for more than 1 zone (you can have clients in various zones)
