Can't read GP340

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I have just bought a second had GP340 that has radio software version R03.02.11

I already have a GP340 with radio software version R03.01.37

I have programing software version R03.07.04

The problem I have is the programming software can read my current GP340 without issue (R03.01.37), but it will not read the radio I have just bought (R03.02.11)

Should my programming software be able to read the new radio with R03.02.11 or is there a compatibilty problem with these versions.

Or is there a problem with new 2nd hand radio I have just bought ?

Hi Rich,

Yes you should be able to read the radio as your CPS is still newer than the firmware version. What is the error you are getting when you read the radio?

Very strange.

I've just connected it up to get the error and it's started working. Typical !!!
