Windows 7 Drivers for CPS

I just spent an hour with Motorola trying to install Windows 7 driver (they called it usb8023x.sys) with zero luck.

Windows will not find the driver. I put it in the driver and common folder.

Tech says it may be because my drive is incripted.

Thoughts?
